Health & Personal Safety
All personnel entering in to yard (Operational Area) should wear proper PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) Coverall, Helmet, Safety Boots, Safety Goggles and Hand gloves.
All personnel working in the yard should be aware of Safety of Equipment, Materials, Chemicals & etc.
Gang boy (Signal Man) should know the Crane Signals.
Unauthorized and untrained Personnel should not enter in to work place without proper guide.
Everyone in a work environment should consider themselves in a safety sensitive position.
There are health risks and hazards everywhere and we should consider our own safety as well as the safety of others.
No one should cross the barrier Tap (restricted area) without proper authorization from Senior Officer.
Unauthorized persons should not handle the Lifting Equipment (Crane, Hydra, Forklift & etc.).
All working team should have at least Basic knowledge of Firefighting and Extinguish equipment location and should know how to use them.
All working personnel should be fully aware of the location of Eye Wash & Shower point (Emergency Use).
Timely maintain and keep track of Fire extinguisher placed in work location.
Fire extinguisher should keep at designated location as require specification.

Process Safety Management
The major objective of process safety management (PSM) of highly hazardous chemicals is to prevent unwanted releases of hazardous chemicals especially into locations that could expose employees and others to serious hazards.
An effective and basic know how on process safety manage- ment to evaluate & prevent the hazardous exposure.
Non-routine activities and procedures, emergency prepared- ness plans and procedures, training programs, and other elements that affect the process are all considered in the evaluation.)
Lifting Equipment Safety
All lifting Equipment Crane, Hydra, Forklift, etc. should be operate by well trained operators only.
All lifting Equipment should be maintained and serviced periodically and check the running wire condition before any work of lifting is being started.
All Cranes must have load indicator and reverse horn in working condition.
Timely maintain the RTO documents of all lifting Equipment.
All lifting gear (Cargo Baskets, Containers, Metal Pallets, Slings, Shackles etc. should have periodical inspection (MPI & Load Test) and keep record of the certification.
Always use the tag lines while lifting.
Safety & Security in the Workplace
