Established in 1975 by Mr. Shabbir V. Lucknowi in Mumbai, India. It provides technical support for Oil and Gas exploration, Infrastructure, Power Projects, and Port Construction. Valued for its expertise and goodwill over the last four decades. V.R. International Co. has been a trusted partner for technical support across diverse projects. Over the past four decades, their expertise has fostered customer confidence and goodwill. Recognizing India’s industrial progress, the company strategically diversified its services and supplies, incorporating two specialized subsidiaries to meet customer needs promptly in different regions of the country.
Oceanic Offshore International: Andhra Pradesh East Coast of Southern India
Established in 2008 in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India. The company strategically chose Kakinada as its base, Kakinada is a coastal city in Andhra Pradesh, known for its port and offshore activities. The firm aims to serve Indian and multinational companies working in Eastern and Southern India. The entity has served major companies in their Offshore Oil and Gas exploration project in Godavari KG3 Basin since then.
Oceanic Offshore International: Rajasthan North-Western Coast of India
Oceanic Offshore International expanded its territory to Barmer, Rajasthan, covering northwestern India. The group’s visionary approach and personalized expertise have been pivotal in their success across diverse industries. Oceanic Offshore International’s strategic locations, customer-centric ethos, and specialized services continue to drive its growth and prominence. The entity has served major companies in their Onshore Oil and Gas exploration project in Barmer Basin areas since then.

Oceanic Offshore International USA, LLC rose to prominence in 2023 as a beacon of innovation and efficiency within the VRI Group of companies. With its headquarters strategically located in Texas, USA, The company specialises in sourcing and delivering products that may not be readily available locally and prides itself on its ability to offer swift turnaround times. As an integral part of the VRI Group of companies, Oceanic Offshore International USA, LLC is poised to making waves in the international market and is well-positioned to deliver exceptional results for clients around the world.
